Embedded Alley Solutions, Inc. announces acquisition of Nomad Global Solutions, Inc. -- San Jose, CA

Embedded Alley Solutions, Inc. announced today that is has acquired Nomad Global Solutions, a software consulting company based in San Jose, CA. The acquisiiton will specifically enhance the consumer electronic product development services and solutions now offered by the company, in addition to adding resources to all embedded technology development areas. Matthew Locke, co-founder of Nomad, will join as Vice President of Business Development and hold a position on the Board of Directors. An undisclosed number of current Nomad engineers will remain to strengthen the company's development team.

"We have been slowly growing the copmany with only the best talent available," said Pete Popov, President and Chief Executive Officer of Embedded Alley Solutions. "The addition of Matt and his development team is significant to advancing our premier technology services provided to our clients."

"As our company was also growing, we were faced with adding costly overhead," said Locke. "I am now able to concentrate once again on the business development and discussing product technology with our clients. We are also able to better serve more clients than the two companies could have done separately."
